Women’s Health Week 2025: Say Yes to You

Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week (September 1-5, 2025) focuses on one simple, but powerful message: empowering women & gender-diverse people to put their health first.

At VIVA! Communications, we’ve seen firsthand how important these conversations are. Through our recent work on PMS & period pain, we’ve witnessed how raising awareness &encouraging open dialogue can make a real difference to people’s lives. That’s why we’re proudly supporting Women’s Health Week 2025 – an initiative that inspires women to prioritise their wellbeing & seek the medical support they deserve.

Women’s Health Week provides a crucial platform to spotlight the physical & mental health needs of women, girls, & gender-diverse communities. Beyond awareness, the Week creates a supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, & empowered to say “yes” to themselves.

This week, Jean Hales is encouraging us to take a moment to reflect, check in, & prioritise our health. Because when women & gender-diverse people thrive, our whole community does too.

Why Women’s Health Week matters

Health is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Yet too often, women & gender-diverse people deprioritise their own health while juggling work, family, & community commitments.

Women’s Health Week 2025 is a reminder to slow down, check in, & reconnect with your health. Working under the theme “Say yes to you”, this year’s campaign encourages everyone to speak up, seek support, & make time for their well-being.

Join us in amplifying this message to help ensure no one is left behind when it comes to their health.
