And it’s a wrap!
What a week it has been for VIVA!
Between orchestrating a public awareness campaign, overseas travel, farewelling a stellar intern and winning the role of host country for next year’s annual GlobalHealthPR meeting, VIVA! has had its share of fabulous moments.
As Managing Director, Paul made his way back from the annual GlobalHealthPR meeting in Lisbon, Portugal, Team VIVA! was working tirelessly, in close association with Lung Foundation Australia, on creating awareness around the severity of pneumonia.
By the end of the campaign launch, the girls were in dire need of a sugar-fix and as such, Paul was deemed hero of the day when he returned back from Portugal with a box of chocolates for all of us. But the good news didn’t stop there!
The team was thrilled to learn that VIVA! had won the bid as host country for next year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)!
Upon his return, Paul was able to share a wealth of knowledge with the team as each of the 12 partner agencies presented highlights and key lessons from the past year.
The delegates discussed new business approaches at a local, regional and global level. Courtesy of Argentina’s GHPR representative, Paradigma PEL, the group was able to review a state-of-the-art measurement method for public relations campaign effectiveness, where both traditional and online/social media were included in the model analysis to evaluate a media program.
The group also received a take-home copy of the third and latest volume of thwGHPR Global Guide to Pharma Marketing Codes, which was developed in collaborating with all partner agencies.
All in all, the AGM was a huge success and has set a high benchmark for Team VIVA! in preparation for next year’s get-together.
Let the planning begin!
